摘 要:现代医院的竞争,终究是人才的竞争。人力资源管理既是打造医院竞争力的重要手段,又是医院整体实力的突出表现,已成为医院科学管理的重要一环。然而目前,我国公立医院在人力资源管理方面还存在着诸多不足,亟待改进,这就要求公立医院立足本地实际,适应时代发展趋势和要求,积极转换职能,为医院寻找人才、提供人才、留住人才、发展人才做出应有贡献。Competition among modern hospitals is talent competition. Human resources management is not only an important means to build hospital competitiveness, but also a highlight of the hospital overall strength, which has become an important part of hospital scientific management. However, there are still many problems that needs to be improved in the management of human resources in China's public hospitals, which requires public hospitals actively change their functions based on local conditions and the development trend and requirements of the times so as to make contributions regarding with looking for talents, providing and retaining talents and developing talents.
