改良六手配合操作方案在口腔科就诊患儿中的管理价值

摘　　要：目的探究采用改良六手配合操作方案治疗中龋或深龋患儿的管理价值。方法选择2015年1月至2016年1月来我院就诊的口腔科患有中龋或深龋的患儿84例,随机分为对照组(42例)和观察组(42例)。对照组采用四手配合方案,观察组采用改良六手配合操作方案,观察患者治疗期间脉搏变化,焦虑情况以及最后对治疗过程的满意度。结果治疗后观察组的满意度(96.42%)高于对照组(70.50%)(P<0.05);观察组和对照组在治疗结束后5分钟的脉搏差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组在治疗前和治疗开始5分钟的脉搏均比对照组相应时间段的脉搏少(P<0.05);观察组无焦虑或轻度焦虑患儿人数均比对照组多(P<0.05),而中度焦虑、重度焦虑以及病态性焦虑患儿均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用改良六手配合操作方案管理治疗中龋或深龋患儿,可有效降低患儿的焦虑情绪,同时提升诊治过程中患儿和家属的满意度。Objective To explore the management value of modified six-handed operation in treatment of children with caries or deep caries. Methods 84 children with caries or deep caries who was treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into the control group（42 cases） and the treatment group（42 cases）. The control group was taken four-handed operation while the treatment group was taken modified six-handed operation. The pulse variation and anxiety during the treatment as well as satisfaction were observed. Results The satisfaction rate of the treatment group after treatment（96.42%） was higher than that of the control group of were 70.50% with significant difference（P〈0.05）. The difference of pulse variation 5 minutes after treatment between two groups was of no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. The pulse in treatment group 5 minutes before and after the start of the treatment was less than that in control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）. The number of children with no anxiety or mild anxiety in the treatment group was more than that of the control group（P〈0.05） while the number of moderate anxiety, severe anxiety and pathological anxiety in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified sixhanded operation in the treatment of children with caries or deep caries can effectively reduce children＇s anxiety and improve the satisfaction of the children and their family members for the diagnosis and treatment.
