解郁丸联合胃复春、叶酸片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴焦虑、抑郁的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价解郁丸联合胃复春、叶酸对慢性萎缩性胃炎伴焦虑、抑郁的疗效。方法选取萎缩性胃炎患者同时伴有焦虑、抑郁的患者86例,随机分为2组,每组43例,即治疗组(解郁丸、胃复春、叶酸)及对照组(胃复春、叶酸),疗程均为3个月。结果治疗组与对照组临床症状疗效评价总有效率分别为88.4%和67.2%,(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论解郁丸联合胃复春、叶酸能减轻慢性萎缩性胃炎伴焦虑、抑郁患者的临床症状,值得临床考虑。Objective To evaluate the effect of Jieyu pills combined with Weifuchun and folic acid in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with anxiety and depression. Methods 86 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis with anxiety and depression patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and each group had 43 cases. The treatment group was treated with Jieyu pills combined with Weifuchun and folic acid. The control group was treated with Weifuchun and folic acid. The treatment period of both groups was 3 months. Results The clinical effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 88.4% and 67.2%, respectively, and difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jieyu pills combined with Weifuchun and folic acid can obviously lighten the clinical symptoms of the chronic atrophic gastritis with anxiety and depression. So it deserved considering in clinical work.
