摘　　要：目的:检测Twist、IGF-1R蛋白在大肠癌中的表达,分析与临床病理学因素的关系,探讨二者在大肠癌发病机制中的相互作用以及与患者预后的关系。方法:选取不同类型的大肠癌组织48例,癌旁5cm以上的正常组织24例,采用SP法检测Twist、SABC法检测IGF-1R的表达。结果:在大肠癌组织中Twist、IGF-1R的阳性表达率分别为47.92%、58.33%,均显著高于癌旁组织中的12.50%、16.67%。Twist、IGF-1R在大肠癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的浸润程度、淋巴结转移、Duke's分期显著相关,Twist的表达还与患者5年生存情况有显著的相关性。Twist和IGF-1R在大肠癌组织中的表达呈明显相关性。结论:Twist、IGF-1R可能协同作用参与大肠癌的浸润、转移,同时Twist阳性表达提示预后不良,对判断大肠癌患者的预后有一定的参考价值。Objective：To investigate the expression of Twist,IGF -1R in colorectal carcinoma and the relationship with clinical and pathological factors,and to analyze the interaction of Twist,IGF -1R on nosogenesis of colorectal carcinoma and the prognosis of patients.Methods：Immunohistochemical SP method was adopted to examine the ex-pression of Twist and immunohistochemical SABC method was adopted to examine the expression of IGF -1R in colo-rectal carcinomas（48 cases）and paracancerous normal tissues（24 cases）.Results：The positive rates of Twist and IGF -1R in colorectal carcinoma（47.92%,58.33%）were significantly higher than those in paracancerous normal tissues （12.50%,16.67%）.The overexpression of Twist,IGF -1R were significantly related with the depth of inva-sion,lymph node metastasis and the Duke＇s stage.The overexpression of Twist was aslo significantly related with the 5-year survival state.The expression of Twist in colorectal carcinoma was obviously related with IGF -1R.Conclu-sion：The expression of Twist,IGF -1R may play a cooperative role in the infiltration and metastasis of colorectal car-cinoma.The positive expression of Twist indicates poor prognosis and has valuable reference for the decision of prog-nosis.
