西藏农牧民培训精准化研究

摘　　要：当前,西藏农牧民培训实现精准化,不仅可以有效促进农牧民自我发展能力提升,而且有利于促进现代农牧业的构建,有利于促进西藏从"非典型二元结构"向现代经济结构转变。文章在分析目前西藏农牧民培训工作存在问题的基础上,提出了加强培训管理统筹协调、完善培训信息沟通机制、充分重视市场需求信号、以现代农牧业发展带动培训等提升农牧民培训精准化的对策建议。To achieve precision of the training of the farmers and herdsmen in Tibetcan not only effectively promotethe self-development ability of the farmers and herdsmen, but also help to accelerate the construction of modernagriculture, and facilitate Tibet transforming its economy from ＂atypicaldualstructure＂ to modern structure.Basedon the analysis of the current problems existed in the training of the farmers and herdsmen in Tibet, this articleproposes some suggestion of improving the precision the training of farmers and herdsmen, such like, to strength-en training management, planing and coordination; to improve the information communication mechanism of thetraining; to give full consideration of market demand; to have modern agricultural development drive the training.
