0.1%他克莫司软膏联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗剥脱性唇炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察他克莫司软膏联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗剥脱性唇炎的疗效及安全性。方法:将40例剥脱性唇炎患者随机分成2组,治疗组及对照组各20例。治疗组予外用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏及0.1%他克莫司软膏,均每天1次,连续2周;对照组予外用0.1%他克莫司软膏,每天2次,连续2周。并于治疗前及治疗2周后分别观察患者的自觉症状、皮损、不良反应及复发情况。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组有效率为90.0%,对照组为70.0%,二者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。随访2个月后,治疗组和对照组复发率分别为40%及45%,差异无统计学意义。结论:多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合他克莫司软膏治疗剥脱性唇炎疗效好且安全。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tacrolimus ointment and mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream for cheilitis exfoliativa. Methods： Forty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups（treatment and control group）, 10 cases/ group. The treatment group was given both mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream and 0.1% tacrolimus ointment once daily for 2 weeks, while the control group was given 0.1% tacrolimus ointment alone twice daily for 2 weeks. The patients＇ symptoms, skin lesions, adverse reactions and recurrence were observed before and after 2 weeks of treatment. Results： After 2-week treatment, effective rates in the treatment and control group were 90.0% and 70.0%, respectively（P〈0.05）. Both groups had no adverse reactions. After 2-month follow-up, the relapse rates in the treatment and control group were 40% and 45%, re- spectively（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Combination of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream and 0.1% tacrolimus ointment is effec- tive and safe for cheilitis exfoliativa.
