摘　　要：通过对福建省南平市食用菌产业现状的调研,分析南平市食用菌产业的现状、优势和存在问题,围绕促进南平食用菌产业发展提出了扶持引导现代菌业、改革完善常规模式、研究推广循环菌业、探索创新增效方式的发展思路。The investigation on the present situation of edible fungus industry in Nanping city were done, and the present situa- tion, advantages and existing problems of edible fungus industry were analyzed. Meanwhile it put forward development ideas which could support edible fungus industry in Nanping city, reform and improve the conventional model, study the production cycle, and increase efficiency by exploring innovative ways.
