长三角经济圈产业分工及经济合作潜力研究

摘　　要：在全球经济一体化进程加速、科技发展日新月异、中国迈入"经济新常态"的时代背景下,推进区域之间的产业分工与合作有助于资源的有效配置,达到经济效益的最大化。该文以长三角经济圈内的25个地级以上城市为研究对象,采用区位基尼系数、产业专业化指数以及产业合作潜力模型等多种定量分析工具和方法测度、分析了长三角经济圈二省一市(江苏、浙江和上海)内25个地级以上城市所在区域的经济发展水平差异、区域间的专业化分工强度、不同区域及城市的产业相对发展水平及不同城市之间的产业合作潜力。研究表明:在长三角经济圈内部,不同区域及城市经济发展水平的整体差异先扩大后缩小,而经济发展水平的相对差异则持续缩小;区域产业集聚度明显上升,但是产业仍以均衡分布为主;各城市之间虽然存在一定的产业同构现象,但是各城市优势产业的数量普遍减少,不同城市的产业分工格局较为明显;南京、无锡、常州、苏州、杭州和绍兴等城市与上海之间在部分行业和产业上存在较强的合作潜力,但是从整体上看,各城市之间的产业合作潜力较弱。With the process of globalization, and the scientific technologies updated quickly, China has entered an ＂economic new normal＂ era. Thus it is possible for inter-regional efficient resources allocation to achieve maximum profit through the industrial division and economic cooperation. The paper chooses 25 cities in the economic circle of the Yangtze River Delta as the research objects. Using the standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Gini coefficient, the location quotient index and potentiality of cooperation model, the paper measure the difference of regional economic development, the regional specialization division degree, the relative level of development in industry and industrial potential for cooperation. Research shows that the overall inter-regional differences in the economic circle of Yangtze River Delta expanded first, then narrowed and the relative difference keeps decreasing; Industrial agglomeration degree rises obviously, but gives priority to the equilibrium distribution; despite certain industrial isomorphism phenomenon among these cities, the general decline in competitive industries, industrial division pattern is obvious; some urban industries have strong potential for cooperation, but the overall potential cooperation is weak.
