摘 要:目的探讨积分制管理机制在住院医师规范化培训管理中的应用效果。方法对医院参加规范化培训的医师(规培生)进行积分制管理,成立积分制管理小组,制定管理方案,确定积分奖罚项目及分值,比较实施积分制管理前后,规培生综合能力、综合素质等指标。结果实施积分管理后,规培生团队精神、学习态度、工作积极性、理论与操作考核成绩及综合素质等都有明显提高,P<0.05,差异有显著意义。结论在规培生管理中运用积分制管理,全方位调动规培生的积极性,丰富规培生的精神追求,提高综合能力及综合素质,有助于管理者目标的实现。Objective To explore the application effect of integral system management mecnanism in standardized training management of resident doctors. Methods Integral system management was launched on physicians attending the standardized training. An integral management team was built to formulate a management plan, determine the integral reward items and score, and compare the comprehensive ability and comprehensive quality index before and after the use of integral management. Results After the implementation of integral man- agement, team spirit, learning attitude, work enthusiasm, theory and operation of performance appraisal and com- prehensive quality of physicians attending the standardized training have improved significantly, P 〈 0.05, and the difference was significant. Conclusion Integral management system can mobilize the enthusiasm of students, enrich- their gauge for spiritual pursuit, improve the comprehensive ability and quality, thus being conducive to the realization of the management objectives.
