中医院规范化培训护士工作压力的质性研究

摘　　要：目的：了解中医院规范化培训护士工作的主要压力并提出解决建议。方法采用现象学研究法，以深入访谈的方式对12名规范化培训护士进行资料收集并将资料整理归纳分析，最后提炼出主题。结果工作性质、专业知识技能、考核考试及人际交往是中医院规范化培训护士主要的压力来源。结论规范化培训护士在工作中存在着较大的压力，需护士和医院管理者共同探索合理的方式减轻其工作压力，以促进规范化培训护士身心健康，为患者提供更好的护理服务。Objective To explore the main pressure sources of standardized training nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospital and propose some solutions. Methods Phenomenological method with in-depth interview was used to explore the experience of the stress in 12 standardized training nurses and the information was collected, induced, analyzed, finally refined topics. Results Nature of work, Professional knowledge and skills, examination, interpersonal relationship were the main pressure sources of standardized training nurses. Conclusions Standardized training nurses have great pressure at work, so nurses and hospital managers should explore the rational way to relieve the pressure of work together to promote physical and mental health of standardized training nurses, in order to provide better service for patients.
