摘　　要：从发展高效的生态经济、强化协同的生态政治、建设独特的生态文化、构建和谐的生态社会、构筑优美的生态环境等5大方面出发,提出着力推进武陵山民族地区生态文明建设,进而实现绿色崛起的现实路径和具体政策.To promote the ecological civilization construction and realize the policy of green development in Wulingshan minority area,five strategies are proposed：developing the efficient ecological economy,strengthening the coordinating ecological politics,constructing the unique ecological culture,building the harmonious ecological society and constructing the beautiful ecological environment.
