氧化钙消化工艺及其产物中和钛白酸性废水效果的研究

摘　　要：钛白粉是一种高级的造纸填料,通常在字典纸、画报纸、装饰用纸等高档纸的生产中应用,以提高成纸的不透明度、亮度、白度以及印刷适性。目前我国生产钛白的方法主要是硫酸法,然而,硫酸法生产钛白会产生大量酸性废水。本文探讨了氧化钙消化反应的最佳条件及消化产物对于钛白酸性废水的处理效果。通过单因素法进行实验,结果表明:在本研究的实验条件下,m(H_2O)/m(CaO)=4:1、搅拌强度400r/min、消化水温35℃为最佳消化参数,平均粒径小于0.075mm的氧化钙消化效率最高。中和反应结果表明:随着石灰乳的加入,体系pH值达到3后呈快速提高的趋势,当pH达到9时,可将废水中的金属离子完全去除,pH值达到10时,500 m L酸性废水中和反应共消耗氧化钙6.26g。Titanium dioxide as an advanced paper filler is usually applied in the production of dictionary paper,drawing paper,decorative paper and some other top grade papers. And then as a result,some paper performances such as opacity,brightness,whiteness and printability were improved. At present,sulfuric acid method has been used as the major method of producing titanium dioxide. However,the disadvantage of this method is that large amount of acidic wastewater has also been produced. The best experiment condition of lime slaking reaction and the neutralizing effect of lime milk on acid wastewater has been studied in this paper. Single factor experiment had been done in this study,the results showed that the best slaking effect was achieved under the conditions of m（ H_2O）/m（ CaO） = 4： 1,stirring speed of 400 r/min,water temperature of 35℃,and the average CaO particle size of no more than 0. 075 mm. The result of neutralization reaction showed that the pH value increased rapidly after it reached 3 during the process of lime milk addition. What＇s more,as the pH value reached 9,metal ions were purified efficiently. And as the pH value reached 10,6. 26 g CaO had been used for 500 m L acid wastewater during the neutralizion reaction.
