慢性牙周炎与口腔幽门螺旋杆菌感染相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性牙周炎与幽门螺旋杆菌感染的关系。方法随机选取2012-2014年解放军11医院收治患有不同程度慢性牙周炎的患者90例为观察组,并选取在我院健康查体者90例为对照组。所有患者均取口腔唾液标本进行口腔Hp培养,检测Hp阳性率,比较两组检测结果及观察组不同程度炎症之间Hp的阳性率。结果观察组患者的口腔中Hp检出率高于对照组(P<0.05);随着慢性牙周炎严重程度的增加,观察组患者Hp感染率也随之升高(P<0.05)。结论慢性牙周炎与幽门螺旋杆菌的感染有相关性。Objective To explore the relationship between chronic periodontitis and the infection of helicobacter pylori. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 180 patients received in No. 11 Hospital of PLA from 2012 to 2014. All the patients were divided into the observation group of 90 patients with chronic periodontitis and the control group of 90 healthy patients. The specimen of saliva in the oral cavity which were taken from all the patients were cultured for detecting helicobacter pylori. Results The positive rate of helicobacter pylori infection in the observation group of being diagnosed chronic periodontitis was higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Moreover,as the severity of chronic periodontitis increased,helicobacter pylori infection rate as well increased（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Chronic periodontitis is related to the infection of helicobacter pylori.
