摘  要:目的:考察广陈皮饮片贮藏期内活性成分的含量变化,为广陈皮饮片包装贮藏条件提供科学依据。方法:采用RP-HPLC法测定橙皮苷、川陈皮素、桔皮素和辛弗林4个主要活性成分的含量,考察2年内不同包装贮藏广陈皮饮片中上述活性成分的含量变化。结果:橙皮苷在贮藏期内含量基本稳定;川陈皮素和桔皮素在贮藏第18个月时含量均增加,且在第24个月保持不变;辛弗林在0~18个月内含量变化不大,但在第24个月含量降低。贮藏后期纸袋包装陈皮饮片中4个活性成分的含量均略低于其他4种包装方式,可能与其易吸潮有关。结论:广陈皮饮片以非真空塑料袋包装贮藏为宜。Objective : To investigate content changes of active constituents in Citrus reticulata" Chachi" at differ- ent storage periods and to make sure the best packaging and storage conditions. Methods : The contents of hes- peridin,nobiletin, tangeretin and synephrine were determined by RP - HPLC, and content changes of active constituents of Citrus reticulata" Chachi" at different storage periods in two years were investigated. Results: Hesperidin was basically stable during the whole storage period;the contents of nobiletin and tangeretin were increased in the 18th month storage and in the 24th month they remained unchanged; synephrine content changed little within 0 ~ 18 months storage period but in the 24th month its content decreased. Four active in- gredient contents in Citrus reticulata" Chachi" with paper bags were slightly lower than other four kinds of pack- aging, and it might be related to its hygroscopic feature. Conclusion:Citrus reticulata" Chachi" by non -vacu- um plastic bag storage is appropriate.
