摘 要:为将小黑麦优异基因应用于栽培小麦育种工作提供理论依据,本研究以222份引自国际玉米小麦改良中心(CIMMYT)的六倍体小黑麦为材料,对其3种主要病害抗性、6个农艺性状和8个品质性状进行了调查研究。结果表明,供试小黑麦均高抗小麦条锈病、叶锈病和白粉病;其农艺性状的平均变异系数和多样性指数分别为15.12%和2.05;其品质性状的平均变异系数和多样性指数分别为11.96%和2.02;聚类分析发现,供试小黑麦被分为6大类,不同类群的农艺和品质性状上存在明显差异。这说明引进小黑麦的抗性优良、农艺和品质性状遗传多样性丰富,可以应用于栽培小麦的遗传改良。In order to provide references for applying excellent genes of Triticale into wheat breeding,taking 222 hexaploid Triticale germplasms,introduced from the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center( CIMMYT),as materials,their 3 disease resistances,6 agronomic traits and 8 quality traits were investigated. The results showed that 222 hexaploid Triticale germplasms all had high resistance to wheat stripe rust,leaf rust and powdery mildew. The average variation coefficient and diversity index of agronomic traits were 15. 12% and 2. 05,and those of quality traits were 11. 96% and 2. 02. The 222 hexaploid Triticale germplasms were clustered into 6 groups with significant differences of agronomic and quality traits among groups.Thus the introduced hexaploid Triticale germplasms had great disease resistance and abundant diversity in agronomic and quality traits,which could be used in wheat improvement.
