地方高校促进社区音乐教育发展策略

摘　　要：地方高校教育资源丰富,有人力、器材设施、场地、信息资源等方面的教育优势,而社区在发展音乐教育的过程中对这些资源的需求强烈,因此地方高校利用教育资源促进社区音乐教育事业发展成为各方共赢的一件幸事。要充分发挥地方高校在教育资源上的优势,使之成为促进社区音乐教育发展的良好动力和支持,需要地方高校走进社区,为社区居民奉上音乐教育"大餐",也需要基层政府从中引导、协调和支持,更需要社区居民的接纳、参与与肯定。只有各方共同努力,才能促进社区音乐教育事业的长远发展!Local colleges and universities are advantageous in such education resources as manpower,equipment and facilities,venues and education information resources,which are longed for by the communities in the development of music education. Therefore,it is a win- win cooperation for local colleges and universities to use these education resources to develop community music education. To give full play to the advantages of education resources of local colleges and universities,and to motivate and support community music education development,local colleges and universities are expected to walk into the communities and offer the community residents a musical education＂feast＂; the government at the grass- roots level is expected to guide,coordinate and support the undertaking; the community residents are supposed to accept,participate into and recognize the cause. Only with the joint efforts of the three parties can the community music education enterprise be promoted in long term.
