摘  要:配电网不停电作业是保障供电可靠性和提升供电服务水平的重要技术手段,但目前无备用间隔环网柜的检修仍需短时停电。该文提出一种改进的10kV配电环网柜完全不停电作业方法,该方法既能实现无备用间隔环网柜完全不停电检修,又能减少柔性电缆长度。针对使用该方法时可能出现的带电插/拔电缆终端头产生的过电压威胁作业人员安全的问题,完成理论研究与仿真分析,表明该过电压最大值分别为2p.u.和4p.u.。为保证人员的安全,设计的专用带电插/拔配套工具的绝缘强度应不小于4p.u.。Live working of distribution network without power collapse is an important technical means for ensuring the reliability of power supply and improving the service level,but the over-haul of the ring main unit without alternate interval still needs short-term power outage.An im-proved method for live working of 10 kV ring main unit without power collapse was developed in this paper,which could realize the live working of 10 kV ring main unit without alternate inter-val,and reduce the length of the flexible cable.Considering the over-voltage generated by the plug and pull off charged cable may threaten the safety of the operator,the maximum voltage generated by the plug and pull charged flexible cable terminal was calculated by the theory and simulation analysis,the results were 2 p.u.and 4 p.u.respectively.To ensure the safety of the workers,the plug and pull tools of live working need to be designed,and its insulation strength should be at least 4 p.u.
