刘焯“文静汤”联合可乐定透皮贴辨治难治性Tourette综合征

摘　　要：刘焯教授认为Tourette综合征乃先天禀赋不足、窒息、产伤、外感六淫、内伤七情、饮食劳倦等导致风痰内蕴、横窜筋络,阴阳动静失衡,病位主要在肝,与肺、脾等相关。根据患病部位、体质等不同,自拟文静汤联合可乐定透皮贴,根据病变部位随证加减,根据体质善用合方。重视预防调护,疗效显著,为中西医结合治疗Tourette综合征提供了可行性方案。LIU Zhuo Professor thinks that Tourette syndrome is due to the lack of innate endowment, asphyxia, birth trauma, exogenous six evils, internal injury caused by excess of seven emotions, improper diet and overstrain and lead to accumulation of wind-phlegm, cross channeling of the muscles and tendons, imbalance of Yin and Yang,mainly existing in the liver, closely related to lung and spleen. She produces Wenjing Decoction and modifies according to the diseased region and body constitution with clonidine transdermal patches, She is good at joint use of prescription according to the body constitution. She attaches great importance to the prevention and aftercare. Its curative effect was remarkable, providing a feasible scheme of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Tourette syndrome.
