益胃汤合乌贝散治疗阴虚型十二指肠溃疡随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益胃汤合乌贝散治疗阴虚型十二指肠溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将102例住院患者按病志号抽签随机分为两组。对照组50例法莫替丁,20mg/次,2次/d。治疗组52例益胃汤合乌贝散(海螵蛸30g,细生地、浙贝母、麦冬各15g,玉竹、沙参各10g),1剂/d,水煎600m L,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、溃疡面直径、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈14例,显效24例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率94.23%。对照组痊愈12例,显效18例,有效7例,无效13例,总有效率74.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。溃疡面直径治疗组缩小优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益胃汤合乌贝散治疗阴虚型十二指肠溃疡疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the combined YWT and WBS Treatment Yin type duodenal ulcer treatment efficacy. [Methods] Random parallel control method, 102 patients hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups craps method is simple. The control group of 50 patients Famotidine, 20 mg/times, 2 times/d. Treatment of 52 cases combined Yiwei Tang Wu Bei San （Haipiaoxiao 30g, Xishengdi, Zhebeimu, Maidong 15g, Yuzhu,Shashen each 10g）, 1 ji/d, decoction 600 mL, sooner or later, oral. Continuous treatment 7d for a course. Observation of clinical symptoms, ulcers diameter and adverse reactions. 3 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] The cure in 14 cases, 24 cases markedly effective in 11 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 94.23%. The control group 12 cases were cured, 18 cases markedly effective in 7 cases, 13 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 74.00%. Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.01）. Diameter ulcers in both groups improved （P〈0.01）, the treatment group than the control group improved （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] YWT and WBS deficiency type duodenal ulcer treatment satisfaction, no serious adverse reactions, should be promoted.
