天麻素注射液联合长春西汀治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕随机平行对照研究  

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study on the Treatment of Vertebral Basilar Artery Insufficiency Vertigo by Gastrodin Injection and Changchun Western Medicine

摘　　要：[目的]观察天麻素注射液联合长春西汀治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将110例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组55例长春西汀,开始20mg+0.5%葡萄糖溶液500m L,1次/d,缓慢静滴,以后根据病情可增至30mg/d。治疗组55例天麻素注射液150mg/次,2次/d,肌注;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、椎动脉血流速度、基底动脉血流速度、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈22例,显效19例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率94.55%。对照组痊愈19例,显效17例,有效9例,无效10例,总有效率81.82%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]天麻素注射液联合长春西汀治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Gastrodin Injection combined with Changchun Xi Ting in the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebral basilar artery insufficiency. [Methods] 110 cases were randomly divided into two groups according to the random parallel control method, and the numbers of the patients were randomly divided into groups according to the order number. In the control group, 55 cases of Changehun West Ting, began 20 mg＋0.5% glucose solution 500mL, 1 times/d, slow static drops, after the disease can be increased to 30 mg/d. The treatment group of 55 cases of Gastrodin Injection 150 nag/time, with 2 times/ d, westemmedieinewiththecontrolgroup. Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery blood flow velocity, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [Results] the treatment group 22 cases were cured, 19 cases markedly effective, 11 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 94.55%. The control group 19 cases were cured, 17 cases markedly effective, 9 cases effective, 10 eases ineffective, the total efficiency of 81.82%. The treatment group than the control group （e^0.05）. The vertebral artery and basilar artery blood flow velocity of two groups were improved （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Gastrodin Injection Changchun efficacy of fluoxetine in the treatment of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency vertigo, with no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
