摘　　要：夏陈散结饮系昆明市中医医院内分泌科李军教授创立治疗甲状腺结节验方,疏肝健脾、化痰散结,由夏枯草、陈皮、党参和柴胡四味中药组成,组方严谨,各成分均含有抗肿瘤、抗癌成分,可有效抑制结节大小,临床辨证加减,疗效显著,但缺乏大样本随机试验,仍需进一步研究。Xiachen Sanjie decoction is a experiential recipe to treat thyroid nodule, which is founded by professor LI Jun from Kunming hospital of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. This decoction＇ s main effect is to relieving liver, reinforcing spleen dissipating phlegm and resolving masses, including.Prunella vulgaris, Tangerine peel, Codonopsis pilosula and Radix Bupleuri. This formula is rigorous, and there are many anti-tumor anti-cancer ingredients in these TCM herb medicines, which can effectively inhibit nodule size, resolve clinical syndrome and improve clinical efficacy, Because of the lack of randomly clinical trials of large sample, we need further studies to confirm the effectiveness of the decoction.
