摘　　要：张志远教授认为胃下垂多脾气亏虚,清阳不升,治以降浊升清,攻补双疗,新定补中汤主之;寒性腹痛新病多寒邪入里,久病多阳气虚弱,治以温通散寒,甘缓止痛,桂枝汤主之;肠痈由肠腑功能失调,气机升降失调,痞塞不通,气滞血瘀导致,治以清热解毒,利肠通下,下痈汤主之;寒湿泄泻多脾失健运,升降失调,传导失司,治以燥运脾湿,温肠散寒;呃逆多胃气上逆,治以调气降逆,顺呃汤主之;胆胀多湿热壅遏,升降失司,胆气上逆,治以祛湿除热,理气通降,茵陈蒿汤主之。Professor ZHANG Zhiyuan believes that gastroptosis caused by deficiency of spleen and the function decline of the spleen governing ascending. Gastroptosis treat by descending turbidity of ascending lucidity,reinforcement dual therapy,choose Xinding Buzhong soup.Newly onset cold abdominal pain caused by Cold evil Interiorize. Macronosia caused by yang deficiency. Generally use cold treate, by warm and sweet flavor having the effect of relaxing. Xiayong soup is usually eh0osed. Acuteappendicitis caused by zang orgains function disorder and disturbance in ascending and descending,professor Zhang choose Guizhi soup treat it. Diarrhea usually caused by cold-dampness,he take to treat it. Adverse rising of gastric qi lead to hiccp,professor zhang choose Shunge soup. Chlic distention mainly caused by damp and hot, usually take Yinchenhao soup to treat it.
