郑心肺康方治疗肺癌(气阴两虚)

摘　　要：郑心教授认为肺为娇脏,喜润而恶燥,不耐寒热,六气太过,五志过极,可化火灼阴,化热积毒,最易耗伤肺之气阴。晚期肺癌,痰湿瘀血等郁久化热,伤气耗阴,气阴两虚贯穿肺癌始终,正气虚损、阴阳失调,六淫之邪乘虚入肺,肺脏功能失调,肺气贲郁,宣降失司,气机不利,血行受阻,津液失于输布,津聚为痰,痰凝气滞,瘀阻脉络,于是痰气瘀毒胶结,日久形成肺部积块;气阴两虚为标,痰瘀热毒为本,治以益气养阴,化痰散瘀,创立肺康方(党参、黄芪、炒白术、云苓、麦冬、白花蛇舌草、半边莲、薏苡仁、浙贝母、贯众、夏枯草、女贞子、山慈菇、莪术、蜂房、甘草)加减治疗,疗效满意。附验案一则。ZHENG Xin（郑心） professor the lung is Jiao dirty, Xi run and evil dry, not cold hot, six gas too, five volunteers too, can change the fare burning Yin, chemical heat accumulation poison, the most likely to consume the lung qi yin. Advanced lung cancer, phlegm stasis ikuhisa heat, gas consumption of Yin, Qi and yin deficiency of lung cancer through always, deficiency of vital Qi, imbalance of yin and Yang, six exopathogens headed into the lung, lung dysfunction, Lung Qi Bi Yu, xuanjiang company lost Qi, blood blocked, body fluid loss in Qi, Jin poly phlegm, phlegm and qi stagnation, blood stasis and sputum vein, and stagnancy of time, pulmonary mass; Qi standard, phlegm stasis for the treatment with Tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin, phlegm and blood stasis, the creation of Feikang Fang（肺康方） （Dangshen, astragalus, Atractylodes, poria, fried radix, oldenlandia, lobelia, coix seed, Fritillaria thunbergii, Cyrtomium fortunei, Xia Kucao, Ligustrum lucidum, shancigu, zedoary, honey, licorice） Decoction treatment, curative effect. A test case.
