摘  要:目的建立吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用法同时测定生活饮用水中30种低沸点有机化合物的方法。方法样品进入吹扫捕集仪,在选定的条件下经吹扫、捕集、脱附等步骤,待测目标化合物转换为气态进入中等极性色谱柱,在优化的色谱条件下分离后,各组分依次进入质谱检测器,在根据SCAN扫描30种有机化合物的结果而建立的SIM方法下进行检测,以保留时间及选定的定性离子定性,以定量离子峰面积与标准比较定量。结果 30种有机化合物在0.05μg/L^5.00μg/L时线性关系良好,其相关系数(r)均>0.998,方法的检出限为0.003μg/L^0.02μg/L。在低、中、高3种浓度水平下的加标回收率分别为83.6%~104%、91.6%~107%、93.1%~103%,RSD分别为3.3%~7.8%、1.9%~6.4%、2.2%~5.6%。结论本法结果准确可靠,适用于生活饮用水中30种低沸点有机化合物的定性、定量测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of 30 low boiling organic compounds in drinking water by purge and trap gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. Methods Samples were sent into purge - trap apparatus fbr purging, traping and desorption; after the test target compounds were converted to the gaseous onto the medium polar eolumn under the selected conditions, and separated under optimized ehromatographie conditions, the gaseous samples among the groups were turned into the mass spectrometer and detected according to the SIM method based on the scanning results of 30 components, and then qualified with the retention time and the selected ion and quantified by the comparison between the quantitative ion peak area and the standard. Results When the 30 kinds of organic compounds were within 0.05 μg/L - 5.00 μg/L, good lin- earity was obtained, the correlation coefficient(r) was 〉 0. 998, the detection limit of this method was within 0. 003 μg/L - 0.02 μg/L. The spiked recoveries in low, middle and high concentrations were respectively within 83.6% - 104% , 91.6% - 107%, 93.1% - 103% , and RSDs were respectively within 3.3% - 7.8% , 1.9% - 6.4% , 2.2% - 5.6%. Conclu- sion The method is accurate and reliable on the detection results, and suitable for the qualifieation and quantification of 30 low boiling organic compounds in drinking water.
