摘 要:目的:观察LokoHelp机器人训练对脑梗塞患者下肢运动功能康复的效果。方法:将40例脑梗塞致下肢功能损伤患者随机分为LokoHelp组和对照组各20例,分别给予LokoHelp机器人辅助训练和常规康复训练(步行基础训练、步行分解训练),于治疗前后评估功能性步行分级(FAC)、运动力指数(MI)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、步速(GV)、Rivermead运动指数(RMI)等指标。结果:40例患者均完成治疗;两组患者康复训练前后FAC、MI、GV、RMI评分均显著提高(P〈0.05);训练后LokoHelp组BBS、FAC评分提高程度均显著优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:LokoHelp机器人训练在提高脑梗塞所致下肢功能障碍患者平衡能力和功能性行走能力方面有显著优势,且操作简单、便捷,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective:To observe the effect of Lokohelp robotic training on the rehabilitation of lower extremity motor function of stroke patients. Methods:40 cases of patients with lower limb motor function damage after stroke were randomly divided into Lokohelp group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases), separately treated by Lokohelp robotic assistant training and conventional rehabilitation training (basic walking training, walking decomposition training), and evaluated the indexes of FAC, MI, BBS, GV and RMI before and after treatment. Results:All the 40 case of patients had completed the treatment;the FAC, MI, GV, RMI scores of two groups were all significantly increased (P〈0.05);after training, the improvement of BBS and FAC scores of Lokohelp group were both significantly better than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Lokohelp robotic training has significant advantages in improving the balance function and functional walking ability of patients with lower limb dysfunction caused by stroke, and its simple operation and convenience makes it have a good clinical application value.
