复方大承气汤治疗53例术后早期肠梗阻临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方大承气汤治疗术后早期肠梗阻的临床效果。方法将106例术后早期肠梗阻患者分为对照组（常规治疗＋生长抑素）和治疗组（复方大承气汤＋生长抑素），各53例。结果治疗组总有效率98．1％，高于对照组的75．5％，临床症状消失时间短于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论复方大承气汤治疗术后早期肠梗阻效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound Dachengqi soup for early postoperative intestinal obstruction. Methods 106 patients with early postoperative intestinal obstruction were divided into a control group（conventional therapy＋SS） and a treatment group（complex Dachengqitang ＋SS）, 53 cases for each group. Results The total efficacy was 98.1% in the treatment group and 75.5% in the control group. The times for the disappearance of clinical symptoms were shorter in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Compound Dachengqi soup for early postoperative intestinal obstruction is remarkablely effective.
