摘　　要：本文简要介绍了润滑油调和的发展前景,详细介绍了润滑油调和的工艺特点、主要流程,叙述了基于WebField ECS-100 DCS控制系统的总体设计方案和系统配置、系统规模,重点阐述了润滑油调和装置的管线路径规划管理的难点及要求、控制方案及实现方法,总结了控制系统的应用情况和实际应用效果。The paper introduced the development view of Lubricating Oil Blending, and it detailed the technique character of Lubricating Oil Blending, and the major processes. The paper described the general designing plan, system configuration and the size of the system, and they were all based on WebField ECS-100 DCS. It elaborated the difficulties, requirement, control scheme and the realization method of piping diagram＇s plans and management in Lubricating Oil Blending system. It made a summary of the applications and practical application effect of the control system.
