摘 要:"最后一公里"物流是供应链的最后一个环节,是商品到消费者手中的"最后一次"位移过程,距离虽短,在我国一直不畅。现有研究包括:"最后一公里"物流模式及其效率,以走"最短距离"或"最短时间"为目标的路线规划与优化,减少备货分拣、定位寻址、取货签名等环节时间消耗的装备与技术等。文章就"最后一公里"物流研究提出了三个思路,其中,大规模物流配送与定制化服务模式是解决问题的核心。The "last mile" logistics is the last link of supply chain and the last displacement by the products reached to consumers. The "last mile" distance is short but tough in China. Available studies includes, the patterns and efficiency in the "last mile", path planning and optimization models based on the shortest distance or mimmum time duration, equipments and technologies for saving time during the process of stocking up, sorting, positioning, addressing and signing, Three ideas of the "last mile" logistics research were proposed, and the core to the problem is a pattern with the thought of mass customization distribution and customization service.
