依托职教集团 构建培养联盟 创新“2211”订单人才培养模式——以嘉兴职业技术学院物流管理专业为例

摘　　要：依托职教集团,物流管理专业与多家企业深度合作,联手组建"订单人才培养联盟",创新"2211"订单人才培养模式,联盟成员共享资源、互通信息、共同培养,将专业所有学生全部纳入订单培养体系,而且学生可以在联盟成员企业内进行有序调动,使学生在联盟企业的实习与实训中无论是技能还是综合素质都不断提高,最终实现稳定就业。Relying on vocational education group, a number of companies specializing in logistics management and depth of cooperation, jointly established ＂order talents union＂ innovation ＂2211＂ order training model, alliance members share resources, exchange of information, joint training, the professional all students all included orders culture system, and students can be mobilized in an orderly alliance member companies, so that students in alliance internship and training in skills or whether it will continue to improve the overall quality and ultimately achieve stable employment.
