摘  要:本试验以项目组培育的早熟品种青芋1号菊芋和中熟品种青芋2号菊芋2个品种为材料,研究了在川水地及低位山旱地两种自然生境下菊芋蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖3种碳水化合物在不同时期、不同器管的含量与总量的动态变化。研究表明:川水地及低位山旱地种植的青芋1号及青芋2号菊芋植株内3种碳水化合物含量在6月下旬及8月下旬相对较高;青芋1号菊芋3种碳水化合物总量达到的高峰时间比青芋2号早;川水地3种碳水化合物总量达到的高峰时间比山旱地早;全生育期菊芋茎、根中3种碳水化合物的总量相对叶片较高;全生育期叶片中果糖积累均较为明显、含量较高,其次是葡萄糖;茎中及根中果糖含量较高,其次是蔗糖;而块茎中葡萄糖积累较明显,蔗糖含量较葡萄糖及果糖低,块茎成熟采收时,果糖含量较高。This test chosed early variety ' Qingyu No. 1 ' Jerusalem artichoke and mid-variety ' Qingyu No. 2' two Jerusalem artichoke varie- ties as materials, studied the Jerusalem artichoke sucrose,glucose,fructose carbohydrates in different periods, different tube content and the dynamic change of the total in water plain and low hill dry land under two kinds of natural habitats. Results showed that: water plain and low hill dry land cropping of Qingyu No. 1 and Qingyu No. 2 three kinds of carbohydrate content in Jerusalem artichoke plants in late June and late August were relative taller; Three carbohydrates in Qingyu No. 1 amounted to rush hour earlier than the Qingyu No. 2 ;Water plain three total carbohydrate to achieve peak hours earlier than hill dry land;Jerusalem artichoke stem, root in the whole stages of three high relative blade to the total amount of carbohydrates ; Fructose accumulation in the leaves in the whole stages were relatively obvious, the content was higher, the second was glucose; High fructose content in stem and root, followed by sugar;And accumulation of glucose in the tuber was obvious, sucrose content was lower than those of glucose and fructose, tuber harvest maturity, fructose content was higher.
