摘  要:为培养创新型药学人才,我们转变教学理念,改进教学方法,在药剂学研究生培养中,分别进行了信息素养培训、教学能力培养、专业文献阅读、专题讲座、课题进展汇报等教学改革的尝试,采取研究生自拟开题报告、自己设计实验步骤、自己撰写课题标书、论文、专利等方式进行研究生科研工作培养。要求指导教师随时辅导,并及时进行导师和研究生参加的小组讨论。通过学习、教学和科研的全面锻炼,加强了研究生的创新意识,提高了研究生自主学习的能力,全面提升了研究生的创新能力和综合素质。To cultivate innovative pharmaceutical talents by changing teaching ideas and improving teaching methods,we attempt to reform teaching methods on information literacy training,teaching ability training,professional literature reading,seminar,project progress reporting,and improve graduate student's scientific research ability in the form of designing dissertation proposal and experimental steps,and writing scientific research projects,academic thesis and patent by themselves.Timely tutor guidance and group discussion participated by tutors and graduate students are carried out.Through comprehensive training on learning,teaching and scientific research,the graduate student's innovative ideology,self-regulated learning ability and innovative ability were fully improved.By cultivating self-regulated learning ability and the teaching and scientific research ability,the graduate student's innovation capability was enhanced.
