援外医师出国前集训教学的思考

摘　　要：援外医疗工作是我国外交的重要组成部分。非洲是援外医疗的主要对象。援外医疗实践中,援外医师面临着语言障碍、社会融入、业务开展条件迥异、临床设施落后等问题。在援外医师集训教学中,应针对性的加强日常及专业语言培训;实施跨学科临床业务培训;开展简陋条件下诊治的适应性训练等。进一步提高援外医疗集训教学质量,为开展好援外医疗工作奠定基础。Oversea medical aid is an important part of the diplomatic strategy.Most of the medical aid is located in the Africa.During the oversea medical aids,the doctors are challenged with language barrier,society adaption,quite different clinical conditions and basic facilities.To facilitate the adaption,the assembled training program was established.Language for daily communication and medical practice should be addressed.Multi-disciplined training and clinical practice under basic condition were also critical for the adaption of medical aid doctors.Therefore,it is of great value to improve the assembled training quality correspondingly for the oversea medical aids.
