住院医师规范化培训出科考核质量控制体系的构建与实践

摘　　要：如何确保人才培养质量并将住院医师规范化培训培养目标落到实处成为目前医学人才培养的重要议题。完善的出科考核质量控制体系的建立是落实住院医师规范化培训的重要保障。本文从出科考核质量控制体系角度出发,探讨了出科考核的必要性和重要性,针对各个学科的不同特点建立了标准化和个性化的质量考核体系。以期通过合理运用考核手段,发挥考核效能,提高住培质量。How to ensure the quality of resident training and achieve the training objectives become important issues after the full implementation of the standardized training of residents.On the basis of rotation examination quality control system,we discussed the necessity and the importance of rotation examinations.According to the different characteristics of various departments,we shared the rotation examination experience in our hospital of scandalized and specialized quality emanation system in order to develop the effectiveness of assessment and improve the quality of standard resident training by means of using of the assessment method.
