临床护理路径在少数民族地区对1型糖尿病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的讨论临床护理路径对少数名族地区预防1型糖尿病酮症酸中毒的效果观察。方法选取2012年1月—2013年1月喀什地区第一人民医院收治入院的1型糖尿病患者,根据住院号的单双数分为实验组31例及对照组26例。对照组采取常规护理措施,而实验组则实施临床路径护理干预。最终实验组流失5例,剩余26例;对照组流失4例,剩余22例。比较和分析两组患者在遵医行为、空腹及餐后2 h血糖水平、住院费用和住院天数。结果实验组患者在遵医行为(按时服药、定时注射胰岛素、定期检测)方面高于对照组(P<0.05);空腹和餐后2 h血糖水平、住院费用和住院天数方面平均值低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对1型糖尿病患者进行护理时采用临床护理路径能够提高患者的遵医行为,有效稳定患者的血糖水平,减少住院时间,减低患者的经济负担。Objective to discuss the clinical nursing pathway in ethnic areas to prevent the effects of type 1 diabetic ketoacidosis. Selection Methods January 2012- January 2013 kashgar region for the first people＇s hospital of admitted patients with type 1 diabetes, according to the hospital, the number of single and double and divided into experimental group and control group in the 26 cases. The control group conventional nursing measures, while the experimental group implement clinical pathway nursing intervention. Finally experimental loss in 5 cases, the remaining 26 cases; Loss of control group 4 cases, the remaining 22 cases. Comparison and analysis on two groups of patients according to the medical behavior, fasting and postprandial 2 hours blood glucose levels, hospitalization expenses and hospitalization days. Results The experimental group patients in according to the medical behavior, take medicine on time, regular insulin injections, regular inspection） is higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）; Fasting and postprandial 2 hours blood glucose levels, hospitalization expenses and hospitalization days average less than that in control group patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with type 1 diabetes care when using clinical nursing pathway can improve patients according to the medical behavior, effective in patients with stable blood sugar levels and reduce the length of hospital stay, reduce the economic burden of patients.
