摘 要:目的探讨老年胶质瘤患者瘤体组织中CD105及血清可溶性CD105(sCD105)的表达水平及意义。方法选取2011年5月至2014年5月于河北大学附属医院就诊的脑胶质瘤患者65例,根据病理类型分为低级别组(Ⅰ-Ⅱ级,17例)和高级别组(Ⅲ-Ⅳ级,48例)。另选同时期因脑外伤、脑出血等接受手术治疗的非胶质瘤患者40例作为对照组。对3组患者脑组织标本进行免疫组织化学染色,观察3组CD105表达差异。检测并比较3组患者血清sCD105、白细胞介素10(IL-10)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子仅(TNF—α)的水平。结果高级别组、低级别组CD105、sCD105、IL-10、IL-6、TNF—α表达水平均明显高于对照组[100.0%(48/48)、76.5%(13/17))比20.0%(8/40),(26.9±3.8)、(15.7±2.6)μg/L比(7.1±2.0)μg/L,(311±30)、(196±24)ng/L比(55±11)ng/L、(19.4±4.4)、(9.5±2.1)ng/L比(4.1±1.5)ng/L,(59±9)、(47±8)ng/L比(9±4)ng/L],且高级别组表达水平明显高于低级别组,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。胶质瘤患者血清sCD105水平与IL-10、IL-6、TNF—α水平均呈明显正相关(r=0.417、0.402、0.382,均P〈0.001)。结论老年胶质瘤患者瘤体组织中CD105及血清sCD105表达水平明显增高,且与细胞因子水平及胶质瘤分级相关。Objective To explore the expression and significance of soluble CD105 ( sCD105 ) in serum and CD105 in tumor tissues in patients with glioma. Methods Totally 65 patients with cerebral gliomas from May 2011 to May 2014 were enrolled and divided into lower-level group (Ⅰ-Ⅱ degree, 17 cases)and high-level group (Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree, 48 cases) according to the pathological type. Forty patients with non-cerebral gliomas disease were selected as control group. The immunohistochemical staining was used to measure the expression of CD105 in tumor/brain tissue ; the level of sCD105, interleukin 10 (IL-10) , IL-6, tumor necrosis factorα (TNF-α) in serum were measured and compared among three groups. Results The expression rate of CD105 in tumor/brain tissue, the levels of sCD105, IL-10, IL-6, TNF-α in serum were all significantly higher in low-level group and high-level group than those in control group [100.0% (48/48) , 76.5% (13/17) vs 20.0% (8/40), (26.9 ±3.8) , (15.7±2.6) μg/L vs (7.1 ±2.0) μg/L, (311±30), (196±24) ng/L vs (55±11) ng/L, (19.4±4.4), (9.5±2.1) ng/L vs (4.1 ±1.5) ng/L, (59 ±9), (47 ±8) ng/L vs (9±4) ng/L], and they were significantly higher than in high-level group than those in low-level group (P 〈0.05). The level of sCD105 in serum showed significant positive correlations with IL-10, IL-6 and TNF-α ( r = 0. 417, 0. 402, 0. 382, all P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion CD105 in tumor and sCD105 in serum are significantly increased in elderly patients with glioma, and are correlated with the levels of cytokines and gliomas.
