摘　　要：目的探讨采用外敷湿润烧伤膏和皮肤原位再生技术治疗社区家庭病房卧床老年患者压疮的临床效果。方法对社区家庭病房31例老年压疮患者采用湿润烧伤膏和皮肤原位再生技术治疗，动态观察伤口渗液龟、组织类型和面积变化，总结创面愈合情况。结果31例老年压疮患者经湿润烧伤膏和皮肤原位再生技术治疗，其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的压疮创面在两周内全部愈合，其余17例患者于120d内未经植皮全部愈合。结论采用湿润烧伤膏和皮肤原位再生技术能有效促进组织生长愈合，改善其组织形态，在治疗社区家庭病房老年人压疮方面效果良好，安全可靠，患者痛苦小，价格低廉，值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of moist exposed burn ointment （MEBO） and in situ skin regeneration technology in the treatment of pressure ulcers in elderly patients in community. Methods A total of 31 elderly patients with pressure ulcers in community were treated with MEBO and in situ skin regeneration technology. Thd amount of wound exudate, histological types and area change were observed dynamically to evaluate the condition of wound healing. Results There were 14 elderly patients with Stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ pressure ulcers healed within two weeks after treatment, and other 17 patients were healed without skin-grafting within 120 days. Conclusions The application of MEBO and in situ skin regeneration technology can effectively promote healing of pressure ulcers in elderly patients in community and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
