摘 要:目的:探讨应用国际护理人才培养教学模式改革的效果。方法选择济宁医学院护理学专业涉外护理本科2008级127名学生,采用传统的涉外护理人才培养方案进行培养;选择2009级46名学生,采用中美合作教育模式进行人才培养。以大学六级英语通过率、护理专业课成绩、NCLEX-RN模拟考试成绩、美国专家等级评价及访谈等评价教学模式改革效果。结果六级英语通过率2009级学生为84.78%,2008级学生为66.93%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.30,P〈0.05);NCLEX-RN模拟题测试平均成绩2009级学生(66.41±9.06)分,2008级学生(60.18±7.91)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.14,P〈0.01);两届学生护理专业课平均成绩2009级学生(65.91±7.41)分,2008级学生(64.70±12.93)分,差异无统计学意义(t=1.09,P〉0.05);美国专家等级评价结果显示2009级学生第8学期护理专业英语听说能力较第3学期显著提高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=36.06,P〈0.01)。结论采用中美合作教育模式培养国际护理人才是有效可行的。Objective To discuss the effects of teaching model on reform of international nursing personnel training. Methods In Jining Medical University, a total of 127 undergraduate foreign nursing students in grade 2008 were selected to be developed in traditional foreign nursing personnel training program. A total of 46 students in grade 2009 were selected to be developed in China-America cooperation education model. Methods for evaluating the effect of teaching mode reform included the passing rate of CET 6, average scores of nursing courses, scores of NCLEX-RN simulation exam, grade evaluation of American experts and interviews. Results The passing rate of CET 6 was 84. 78% in grade 2009 and 66. 93% in grade 2008 with a significant difference (χ^2 =5. 30, P〈0. 05). The score of NCLEX-RN simulation exam was (66. 41 ± 9. 06) in grade 2009 and (60.18 ±7. 91) in grade 2008 (t =3. 14, P P〈00. 01). The average score of nursing courses was (65.91 ±7.41) in grade 2009 and (64.70 ±12.93) in grade 2008 with no significant difference (t=1.09, P〉0. 05). Besides, the result of grade evaluation of American experts showed that the nursing English ability of students to listen and speak in grade 2009 in 8th learning term was significant higher than that in 3rd learning term (χ^2 =36. 06, P P〈00. 01). Conclusions It is effective and feasible to develop international nursing personnel with China-America cooperation education model.
