摘  要:目的探讨目标教学法在外科规培住院医师重症监护室规范化培训中能否提高教学质量。方法采用回顾性分析,2014~2015年在我院重症医学科实施目标教学法的轮转外科规培住院医师为A组,2012~2013年采用传统教学法的轮转的外科规培住院医师为B组,分别在轮转结束时对心电图判读、血气分析判读、以及操作(心肺复苏术、气管插管术、深静脉穿刺术)进行考核,对出科理论考试、病例考核分数和教学效果评估的问卷调查进行比较。结果 (1)A组的出科理论考试、心电图判读、血气分析判读优于B组,技能操作中气管插管术、深静脉穿刺术考核A组均优于B组。(2)在外科规培住院医师的病例考核方面,A组的接诊患者考核评分和病房医嘱考核评分优于B组。(3)在学生对带教老师的教学评价方面,A组在教学内容和方法评估优于B组,教学评价总分A组优于B组。结论目标教学法能提高外科规培住院医师在重症医学专业的理论及技能水平,同时还提升了重症医学专科教师的教学理念和方法,获得学生认可。Objective To investigate if the target teaching method could improve teaching quality in intensive care unit(ICU) surgical residents standard training. Methods Surgical residents were divided into two groups in this retrospective analysis. One group(group A) were trained by target teaching method in ICU during the year 2014 to 2015, while the other group(group B) were trained by traditional teaching method in ICU during the year 2012 to 2013. We compared the two groups at their ability to interpret electrocardiogram(ECG) and arterial blood gas analysis(ABG), their accomplishment at operation(cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR), endotracheal intubation, deep venipuncture), medical theory and clinical cases analysis.We evaluated the teaching effects by questionnaire survey. Results(1) The scores of group A were better than group B in ECG and ABG interpretation, medical theory, endotracheal intubation and deep venipuncture, with statistically significant difference.(2) In the clinical cases examination, group A were better at receiving and managing new patients.(3) The scores of group A in teaching effects of teaching contents and teaching methods were higher than group B, and the total scores were also higher than group B, differences were statistically different. Conclusion Target teaching method can improve residents' theoretical level and operational ability in intensive care significantly and promote teaching concept and method in ICU.
