摘　　要：通过对成人教育关键能力培养问题的反思,认为关键能力教育理念有助于丰富成人教育理论体系。在探析成人教育关键能力培养的学习范式的基础上,提出以行动为导向的课程观、教法观、知识观、学习观、评价观的构建策略,并从课程改革的路径、教学情景的创设、自我学习模式的设置、情境化评估模式的建构等方面进行深入研讨,以期构建"行动过程导向"的成人教学模式,推进成人教育关键能力的培养。During the reflection on cultivating the key ability in adult education, the authors consider that the philosophy of key ability education helps to enrich theories of adult education system. Based on the learning paradigm of key ability in adult education training, this article proposes the action-oriented strategy of perspectives construction of curriculum, teaching, knowledge, learning and evaluation. Then it discusses the ways of curriculum reforming, the creation of situational teaching, the design of self-learning mode, and the construction of situational assessment model, in order to build an ＂action-process-oriented＂ adult teaching model, and to promote the cultivation of key ability in adult education.
