摘　　要：[目的/意义]面对竞争激烈的市场环境,如何保护企业信息安全、提高企业危机预警能力,是反竞争情报研究的重要课题。图书情报领域对企业危机预警的研究多以竞争情报为视角,从宏观角度深入探讨,而基于反竞争情报的危机预警研究则较少涉及。因此,以反竞争情报为视角对企业危机预警进行微观研究弥补了这一空白。[方法/过程]通过分析反竞争情报与危机预警的内涵、相关性与契合度,设计了企业反竞争情报危机预警系统的整体结构,详述了基于反竞争情报的危机预警系统,介绍了基于反竞争情报的危机预警系统工作流程。[结果/结论]通过构建基于反竞争情报的危机预警系统,能够为企业信息安全提供保护,拓展了企业危机管理的研究视角。[Purpose/Significance] In the face of fierce market environment, how to protect the enterprise information security and im-prove the ability of enterprise crisis early warning is an important issue in the research of counter-intelligence. In the field of library and in-formation science, the research on enterprise crisis early warning is mostly based on competitive intelligence from a macro perspective, but is rarely based on counter-intelligence. Therefore, the research on enterprise crisis early warning system based on counter-intelligence can fill the research gaps of intelligence field. [ Method/Process] By analyzing the connotation, relevance and congruence of counter-intelli-gence and enterprise crisis early warning, we designed the structure and described in detail the enterprise counter-intelligence crisis early warning system, and then introduced the working process of it. [ Result/Conclusion] Constructing a crisis early warning system based on counter-intelligence can not only provide protection for enterprise information security but also expand the research perspective of enterprise crisis management.
