摘  要:在高等院校设立职教师资本科专业是我国培养职教师资的一种探索。通过对国内旅游管理专业职教师资本科专业的文献调研、教师和学生的问卷调查与访谈发现,这一专业的设置不适应产业发展和学校需求;课程设置不合理,课程体系"两不像";学科逻辑的课程不适应职业教育场域;实践教学课程数量少,教学效果较差;专业课教师实践经验不足,制约了课程实施的有效性;专业课构成中普遍缺乏地域旅游元素。我国旅游管理职教师资本科专业应研究制定专业教师标准,规范人才培养;优化完善课程体系,注重人才培养的"三性";深化课程改革,提升课程有效性;改革实践教学,强化专业与教学技能培养等。It is an exploration of cultivating vocational-education faculty in China to set up the major of voca- tional-education faculty in university. By investigating the literatures of vocational-education faculty in tourism man- agement major in China, the questionnaire and interview of teachers and students, it has been found out that there ex- ist such problems as the inadaptation of the major to the industrial development and the need of school; the unreason- able curriculum setup and different curriculum system on both counts; restricting the effectiveness of the curriculum implementation due to the professional faculty with shortage of practical experience; lack of regional tourism elements in the professional curriculum. In the major of vocational-education facUlty in university, we should formulate the standard of professional teachers and regulate the talent training; optimize and improve the curriculum system, paying attention to "three qualities" in the talent cultivation; deepen the reform of curriculum and enhance the effectiveness of curriculum; reform practice teaching and strengthen the cultivation of professional and teaching skills.
