摘  要:纵观我国高校大学生心理健康教育的历史与现状,发现我国高校大学生心理健康教育存在理论依据亟待整合、认知水平存在偏差、实务操作存在误区等问题。增强大学生心理健康教育实效性的路径是:在横向上,促进"课程教学—心理活动—危机干预—心理服务"价值同显;在纵向上,推进"学校—院系—班级—宿舍—学生"自主并行;在机制上,构建"自知自助—朋辈互助—医校联合—校院协作—家校联动—校际合作"合作共融。高校应建立积极、灵敏、畅通和协作的立体化网络工作格局,增强大学生的心理素质,促进大学生自由而全面地发展。Reflecting on the history and current situation of the college students' mental health education in universities of China, we can find out that the college students' mental health education in universities has such problems as the urgent need for integrating the theory basis, the deviations in cognitive level and the mistaken ideas in practical operation. The path to enhance college students' mental health education effectiveness is: laterally to promote the simuhaneous display of "course teaching-psychological activities-crisis intervention-psychological services" value; vertically tO push forward the independent parallel of "universities-colleges and departments-classes-dormitories-stu- dents"; in mechanism, to build the cooperation and integration of "self'help with seIf-knowledge-peer mutual sup- port-medical school association-university-college coordination-parent-school linkage-inter-school cooperation". Universities should build the active, sensitive, open and collaborative psychological quality of college students and promote the open and three-dimensional network platform to enhance the comprehensive development of college students.
