国际化农业企业全球网络嵌入、本地网络嵌入及竞争力之间的影响

摘　　要：对具有国际业务的农业企业嵌入本地网络和全球网络的双重嵌入性进行了深度分析,使用大样本数据实证考察了这种双重嵌入性机理。实证表明,全球网络以全球价值链治理的方式对国际化农业企业产生影响,使嵌入企业的网络关系强度与网络构建能力及网络协同能力的关系得到加强,对网络愿景、构建能力与企业竞争力关系有较大影响,却对网络协同能力与企业竞争力关系少有影响。实证研究充分说明了农业企业具有主动加入全球网络的倾向,正在逐步走向全球化,而在国际化过程中利用和协调本地网络中的资源来增强企业竞争力的行为举措明显不够。农业企业在国际化过程中受到本地网络和全球网络的双重嵌入影响,这种双重嵌入性通过影响企业网络能力来影响企业竞争力,最终影响企业的全球地位,而且影响趋大。This paper has in-depth analyzed the dual embeddedness characteristic of global production networks and local network in internationalization agricultural enterprises ,researched the influence mechanism of the dual network embeddedness characteristic on enterprise competitiveness through the large sample data for empirical research.The results showed that the global production network influenced the internationalization agricultural enterprises in global value chain governance way, it enhanced the relationship that network-relation intensity impacting on the network- construction ability and network-synergies ability as well as the relationship that network-vision ability and network- construction ability impacting on the enterprises competitiveness, it tins little effect on the relationship between the network-synergies ability and enterprises competitiveness. The empirical study shows that agricultural enterprises tend to take the initiative to join the global production network and is gradually moving towards globalization. It also shows the agricultural enterprises have not enough to use the resource in local networks to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the process of internationalization. The internationalization of agricultural enterprises is affected by the local network, and also affected by the global production network, the dual embeddedness characteristic influences the network competence of international enterprises, ultimately affect the competitiveness of enterprises.
