摘　　要：氨基酸是动物生长、发育所必需的基础营养物质,氨基酸添加比例和组成在幼龄动物生长阶段起着重要作用。根据动物的营养需要,在日粮中合理的添加动物生长的必需氨基酸,可显著提高动物生长效率、减少废物排泄,同时对改善机体健康状况和保护生态环境具有重要意义。论文围绕仔猪、肉仔鸡、犊牛和羔羊氨基酸营养状况以及前三者的氨基酸模式的建立做了论述,并对犊牛和羔羊氨基酸模式的特点及研究进展进行了讨论,最后阐述了断奶羔羊氨基酸模式的建立及发展趋势。Amino acid is the essential nutrient for animal growth and development,whose composition and proportion plays a key role in the growth of young animals.Supplementing essential amino acids properly in animal growth period could significantly improve animal growth efficiency and reduce manure.It could also improve the body health and protect the ecological environment.This paper reviewed the amino acid nutrition of piglets,broilers,calf and lamb,and the establishment of the amino acid profile of piglets,broilers and calves.Besides,it discussed the characteristics and research progress of amino acid profile of calf and lamb,and finally suggested the establishment of amino acid profile for weaning lambs and the future development trend was expected.
