摘　　要：校企合作是高等院校深化教育体制改革、培养创新型人才的必然趋势,党的十八届五中全会围绕"提高教育质量"这一主线,提出加强校企合作、推进"双创型"人才培养的战略目标。论文以西北农林科技大学某学院为例,针对农业高校校企合作存在的重量不重质、合作层次不深入、合作目标不清晰、合作不稳定等问题,提出并实践"合作就业"的校企合作新模式,以期为高校校企合作机制的深入研究提供借鉴。The cooperation between universities and enterprises is an inexorable trend for institutions of higher learning to deepen educational system reform and cultivate innovative talents.The 5the Plenum of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC focused on improving educational quality,brought forward the strategic target of strengthening the cooperation between universities and enterprises to boost＂double innovative＂talent cultivation.Taking a college in Northwest AF University as an example,the paper discussed some problems in university-enterprise cooperation,such as sacrificing quality to quantity,not indepth cooperation,unclear cooperation target,unstable cooperation.In addition,it put forward a new cooperative model,namely,integrating practice into＂cooperative employment＂,so as to provide a reference for the further study of university-enterprise cooperation.
