郑州市三甲医院实习护生职业获益感现况分析

摘　　要：目的了解实习护生职业获益感现况,为护生实习期间职业心理问题进行客观评价和干预提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法选取郑州市三所三级甲等综合性医院350名临床实习时间处在实习末期的不同层次、不同科室的实习护生为研究对象。研究工具采用由胡菁等编制的职业获益感量表。通过描述性统计学方法分析护生的一般资料。结果护生职业获益感总体得分(154.186±11.770)分,总体职业获益感处于较高水平。各维度均分由低到高依次为正向职业感知(27.324±4.335)分、亲友认同(27.617±3.822)分、团队归属感(28.081±3.290)分、良好的护患关系(28.4302±2.978)分、自身成长(38.229±3.582)分。各条目得分排在前三位的条目分别为:1护士职业使其养成了耐心细致的作风(4.819±0.420)分;2能在工作中与患者良好沟通、和睦相处,令其感到愉悦(4.812±0.417)分;3看到患者饱受病痛折磨,更珍惜生命、知足所有(4.809±0.419),得分排在后三位的条目分别为:1护士职业的就业机会多且工作稳定(4.068±0.865)分;2护士职业带来了稳定、有保障的收入(4.263±0.858)分;3职业使其能为亲友提供便利的医疗资源(4.314±0.905)分。结论多种因素都会对实习护生的职业获益造成影响,当前护士生职业获益感总体较好,但仍需要不断加强,不断提升团队归属感,以提高护生的职业获益。Objective To provide basis for objective evaluation and intervention of professional psychological issues of stu-dent nurses during internship by knowing the status of professional reward of them. Methods 350 student nurses of different levels at the terminal stage of internship and of different departments in the three third-level first-class comprehensive hos-pitals in Zhengzhou were randomly selected as the research objects, the research tool adopted the professional reward scale compiled by Hujing, and the general data of student nurses were analyzed by the descriptive statistical technologies. Results The overall score of professional reward of student nurses was （154.186±11.770） marks, and was at a higher level, the aver-age score of each dimension from high to low was positive occupational perception （27.324±4.335） marks, relative recogni-tion （27.617±3.822） marks, team belongingness （28.081±3.290） marks, good nurse-patient relationship （28.430±2.978） marks and self-growth （38.229±3.582） marks. The items ranking the top three were respectively （1） nursing profession made me patient and careful. （2） The good communication and living in a peace at work made me pleasant, （4.812±0.417） marks. （3）The patient’s suffering from pains made me more cherish life and content （4.809±0.419） marks. The items ranking the last three were respectively （1） The employment opportunity of nursing profession was more and their work was more steady （4.068±0.865） marks. （2） The nursing profession brings me steady and secure income （4.263±0.858） marks. （3） The nursing profession can make me provide more convenient medical resources for my relatives （4.314±0.905） marks.
