摘 要:目的调查患者对医保审批满意程度,为医保管理部门提供参考。方法随机抽取医保临床科室100例患者进行问卷调查,并进行相关数据分析。结果患者对基本医保审批总体满意率48%,提升改进方面包括审批时间、审批过程等。结论医保管理部门应从患者需求出发,优化合并审批项目,减化审批流程,减少患者往返审批次数及时间;院内医保部门应积极提供医保审批流程,针对临床科室实际情况,开展针对性医保审批培训,并为患者提供医保审批流程及注意事项,提供多种咨询服务方式,方便服务患者。Objective To survey the satisfactory degree of patients to medical insurance approval and provide reference for the medical insurance management department. Methods 100 cases of patients in the medical insurance clinical department were randomly selected and given questionnaire, and the relevant data were analyzed. Results The total satisfactory degree of patients to basic medical insurance approval was 48%, the approval time and approval process needed to be improved. Conclusion The medical insurance management department should optimize the combined approval projects, simplify ap-proval process and reduce the roundtrip approval frequency and time, the hospital medical insurance department should ac-tively provide medical insurance approval process, and carry out targeted medical insurance approval trains, provide medical insurance approval process and considerations for patients and provide multiple consulting service ways in order to provide convenience for patients.
