综合护理管理在心内科病房管理中的应用分析

摘　　要：选择回顾分析方法对周边几所医院心内科近几年进行督导、现场检查、考核、督导中存在的典型护理管理问题进行分析,并提出有创血压该种方法在心内科患者护理过程中的使用方法和效果。心内科病房护理管理过程中存在较多的问题,包括急救物品、无菌物品合格率达不到要求、供应室管理质量不达标、安全问题较为明显等。通过综合护理管理的实施,心内科病房护理管理工作水平逐渐提升,并受到院内和患者的一致好评。The typical nursing management issues in the supervision, spot inspection and check in the department of cardi-ology of several peripheral hospitals in recent years were retrospectively analyzed, and the application method and effect of invasive blood pressure in patients in the department of cardiology were put forward. There were many issues in the ward nursing management process in the department of cardiology, including emergency goods, aseptic material qualified rate fail-ing to meet requirements, unqualified management quality of supply room and obvious safety problems. The ward nursing management level in the department of cardiology was gradually improved and was well received by hospitals and patients through the implementation of the comprehensive nursing management.
