摘 要:目前,关于三级供应链的研究,已有学者证明单一的数量折扣契约、收益共享契约、回购契约等均可实现三级供应链协调,但关于契约组合下三级供应链协调的研究还较少。文中考虑由一个供应商、一个制造商和一个零售商组成的三级供应链系统,利用全数量折扣契约和惩罚契约的契约组合实现供应链协调。首先建立了基本契约模型,分别对集中控制下的供应链和分散控制下的供应链进行了研究,并进一步对三级供应链协调进行了分析。然后引入全数量折扣契约,对全数量折扣契约和惩罚契约的契约组合下供应链协调进行了讨论。最后,通过数值分析,验证了结论。At present,the research has proved that the pure quantity discount contract,the revenue sharing contract and the buy- back contract can achieve the three level supply chain coordination. However,the research on the three level supply chain coordination based on the combination contract is still less. In this paper,it considers a three level supply chain system consisting of a supplier,a manufacturer and a retailer,and it studies the coordination of supply chain based on the combination contract of all quantity discount contract and penalty contract. Firstly,it establishes the basic contract model and studies the supply chain under the centralized control and decentralized control,and the coordination of the three level supply chain is analyzed. Then this paper introduces all quantity discount contract,and discusses the supply chain coordination under the combination contract of all quantity discount contract and penalty contract. Finally,it is verified by numerical analysis.
