浅谈内观疗法对精神分裂症患者康复效果的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨内观疗法对于精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响。方法:选择住院的精神分裂症患者86例,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各43例。对照组患者给予药物等常规治疗;干预组患者在对照组基础上增加了内观治疗。治疗前后,采用住院患者护理观察量表(NOSIE)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)及日常生活能力量表(ADL)对两组患者进行疗效的评定。结果:经内观治疗后,干预组患者的NOSIE的社会能力、兴趣分值较对照组明显提升,精神病表现有所下降;SDSS、ADL评分明显高于对照组。结论:内观疗法对于精神分裂症患者的康复具有积极的作用。Objective： To explore effects of Naikan therapy on rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients. Methods： 86 inpatients with schizophrenia were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group,43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine drug treatment,while the intervention group accepted the Naikan therapy based on the routine drug treatment.The effects of the two groups before and after the treatment were evaluated by nurses＇ observation scale for inpatient evaluation（ NOSIE）,social function defect screening scale（ SDSS） and ability of daily life scale（ ADL）. Results： After the treatment,the social ability and interest scores of the NOSIE of intervention group were significantly improved compared with control group,and mental performance was reduced to a certain degree. Moreover,the SDSS and ADL scores were significantly higher than those of control group.Conclusions： Naikan therapy plays a positive role in the rehabilitation of the schizophrenic patients.
